The lights have an amazing 'twinkling effect', by having most on constant, and then a smattering of LEDs that flash, the overall effect isn't a busy and garish flash, but a subtle and stylish glistening effect. The wreath has 8 metres of clear cable, allowing plenty of length to plug indoors and hang outdoors.
