1. How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day when placed by 2pm on weekdays. For your peace of mind, we use Royal Mail Tracked services for UK deliveries.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Rest assured, we always strive to get your lovely things to you as quickly and safely as possible!

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we now offer delivery to the United States for a wide selection of our most popular and portable items. Following consistently reliable performance with US orders, this is no longer just a trial — it's a trusted part of our service.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the weight and size of your order. If a product is available for delivery to the US, you’ll be able to select that option during checkout.

If you're outside the UK and wondering about delivery for a particular item, feel free to get in touch before ordering — we’ll be happy to advise.

3. Can I leave Safeplace instructions for my delivery?

Yes. If you’d like your parcel left in a safe location in case you're not in, you can email us your Safeplace delivery instructions just after placing your order, and we’ll ensure they are printed clearly on the postage label. Just contact us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk and include your order number in the message so we can match things up easily.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. Simply contact us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk or via our Contact Us page and we’ll guide you through the process.

Returned items must be in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are covered by the customer.

5. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no, that’s not the kind of surprise we want you to have! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We’ll sort everything out quickly. We can offer a replacement or full refund — whichever suits you best.

6. Can you include a gift message with my order?

Yes, we can! Please contact us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order. Include your order number and the message you'd like us to include. As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll replace the usual order slip with a charming “Someone thought of you” gift message featuring your words.

7. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a Royal Mail tracking link. Simply click on the link to follow your parcel’s journey.

8. Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans change! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk right away. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it.

9. I have a voucher or promo code — how do I apply it?

We occasionally offer promotional discount codes, particularly to existing customers and members. To become a member, make a purchase or subscribe to our email newsletter by entering your email address within the "Sign up to our newsletter" section at the bottom of this page.

To apply any voucher or promotional code to your order, submit it within the "I have a gift voucher or promo code" section at the bottom of the cart page.
