1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day, provided they are placed weekdays by 2pm. For your peace of mind, we use Royal Mail Tracked services.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, and for those in a hurry, we also offer express options. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Rest assured, we always strive to get your lovely things to you as quickly and safely as possible!
2. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. Simply contact us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk or via our Contact Us page and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note that items must be in their original condition, and the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no, that’s not the kind of surprise we want you to have! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, whichever suits you best. We promise to sort it out quickly and without any fuss!
4. Can you include a gift message with my order?
Yes, we can! Please contact us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order, stating the order number and what you'd like the gift message to say. Provided your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll make sure to replace the usual order slip with a "Someone thought of you" gift message with your words.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, we’re always exploring new ways to share our lovely products with the rest of the world. Keep an eye on our website or sign up for our newsletter for updates!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Simply click on the link, and you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
7. Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We know that sometimes minds change! If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at sales@ooothatsnice.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request. However, if it’s already on its way, you may need to return it to us once it arrives.
8. I have a voucher or promotional code. How do I apply it to my order?
We occasionally offer promotional discount codes, particularly to existing customer and members. To become a member, make a purchase or subscribe to our email newsletter by entering your email address within the "Sign up to our newsletter" section at the bottom of this page.
To apply any voucher or promotional code to your order, submit it within the "I have a gift voucher or promo code" section at the bottom of the cart page, or towards the end of the checkout process.
