Our Loyalty Rewards Programme
Customers come first for us and we're in the business of making people happy. That's why we pride ourselves in our wonderful customer service and our Excellent Trustpilot Rating reflects this.
We recently introduced our loyalty rewards programme to say thank you to our loyal customers. For every purchase, we credit their accounts with loyalty points worth 3% of the purchase price. The points (1 point for each £1 spent) are added to the account when we process each order and can be redeemed for future orders.
How to collect and redeem loyalty points
In order to collect loyalty points, make sure you enter your email address and set a password during the checkout process (new customers) or ensure you're logged in (existing customers). To create an account prior to placing an order, simply register a new account on our registration page before ordering.
Points can then be redeemed during the checkout process of future orders.
Terms and Conditions
We retain full discretion on adjusting or removing loyalty points from customers' accounts, particularly if there is something out of the ordinary going on. Let's face it, we're not going to bore anyone by listing rules for all possible scenarios here - common sense and the spirit of this being a positive loyalty rewards programme should prevail.
